FLIGHT & HOTEL ROOM POLICY

Costs will be allocated as follows:

                         Platinum: MFC will pay for your AIRFARE and an INDIVIDUAL HOTEL ROOM for 2 nights

                                      Gold: MFC will pay for your AIRFARE and a HOTEL ROOM for 1 nights

                            Silver: MFC will pay for your AIRFARE and a SHARED* HOTEL ROOM for 1 night

                                    Bronze: MFC will pay for your airfare, YOU will pay for your hotel room

               Non-Presidents Club: YOU are responsible/will be charged for the full cost of your airfare and hotel room.

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING**

1. Regarding SHARED* HOTEL ROOMS: If you do not wish to share a room, you will be charged for the full cost of your hotel room.

2. If you extend your stay in Denver: Should you choose to come to Denver earlier than the day you’re required to arrive by or you wish to stay in Denver past the expected check out, YOU will be responsible for the cost of any additional nights at the hotel.
